RETURN POLICY

From Date Of Invoice you have 14 days To request a return, please This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. If there is an issue with the paddle, please include a picture in the email.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization number via email. Return shipments must have a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) clearly printed on the outside of the box/packaging. It is recommended that a traceable method of transit be used, as Baseline Racket Sports will not assume responsibility for returns that are lost during transit. The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling charges.
